So I had this lady ring me to offer me Broadband, and she had to really push because I was pretty happy with the old unlimited dial-up. But she insisted that because I'm such a fantastic customer I'd get the half-price deal for 6 months...ohh and an extra 3 months because I'm so great. I finally say okay..and YAY I'm glad I swapped!

However.

When I checked my online bill...there's the broadband listed at the full price (which at first I doubled in my head and then collapsed in horror)...then realised they just hadn't given me my Valued Customer Discount.

So I contacted them. And it's all ok...I AM on the deal but it just doesn't show it on the online bill. Hmmmm.

So if I disappear anytime soon because I haven't paid up...

IT'S TELSTRA'S FAULT.

Anyone going? If you are...tell the girl selling the Ruckus merchandise that her sister says "Now what am I supposed to do on Grand Final Day??"

I just noticed something about Telstra sites being "Unmetered"...you'd think I'd notice that while I'm paying my phone bill and stuff wouldn't you?

So now I'm trying to work out how I can surf the net all day "unmetered"...is the site that thrilling?
